The division should develop and implement procedures to track cases after they have been assigned to the investigative process.

1-Year Agency Response

The commission stated that it developed procedures, modified the database, and developed and implemented the “COC Assigned and Pending Cases” report to track cases after they are assigned to the investigative process. In addition, the commission provided training on the investigative process. (See 2013-406, p. 56)
