Condition 1: ADP used an incorrect Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) title in its award documents and contracts for seven of its subrecipients. ADP also did not include the name of the federal agency and the requirements imposed by federal laws and regulations in the Notice of Grant Agreement updates for four of the five counties in the audit sample. Condition 2: ADP did not follow its procedures for initiating written and verbal contact with those counties that had delinquent OMB Circular A-133 audits. |
