Annual Follow-Up Agency Response From January 2012

Effective in January 2011, the State Bar began referring its delinquent disciplinary debtor accounts to a professional collection agency. On an ongoing basis, the State Bar does not anticipate performing in-house collection activity. (See 2011-041 p. 188)
